Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion is Nomination Srl, with legal offices in via Fratelli Bandiera n. 22, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (Fi), Italy. Vat code n. IT05018590488.
2. The BLACK FRIDAY Promotion period is from 9th November to 27th November 2022 inclusive, and is for adult customers (aged 18 years or over) of Nomination Srl. The BLACK FRIDAY Promotion grants a discount on items selected by Nomination Srl within the limitations and modalities described below.
3. The items selected by Nomination subject to the BLACK FRIDAY Promotion will be visible on the website www.nomination.com in the specific section dedicated to the Promotion and will be easily identifiable. Each item included in the Promotion will show the full price crossed out and the discounted price will be shown below it.
4. The Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion offers customers a discount up to 50% off selected items. The Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
5. The Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion is available: in-store at participating Nomination Monobrand Stores, in-store at participating Nomination Multi-brand Retailers, online at www.nomination.com and online via participating Nomination Multi-brand Retailer e-commerce sites. You can check the applicability of the Promotion directly at the stores or websites of the Retailers participating in the Promotion.
6. The Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion is valid on the items selected that are in stock in the store, or online, at the time of purchase; therefore the variety and the quantity of stock available may change very quickly.
7. Customer orders placed at www.nomination.com will qualify for free shipping when: the total order value of items included in the BLACK FRIDAY Promotion is at least £40 or the total order value of items not included in the BLACK FRIDAY Promotion qualifies according to art 6.6 of the General Sales Terms and Conditions. In the case that the customer order includes a mix of BLACK FRIDAY Promotion items AND other items (not included in the BLACK FRIDAY Promotion), the order will qualify for free shipping if EITHER threshold is reached. 
8. The Nomination BLACK FRIDAY Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or loyalty programme unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. If a customer wishes to return one or more item(s) purchased with this Promotion, the same rules set out in art. 9 of the General Sales Terms and Conditions ("right of termination") shall be in force.
10. Nomination Srl reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time, even during the promotion period indicated in point 2 of these Terms & Conditions. 
11. Nomination Srl also reserves the right to modify the information and prices of the items at any time without prejudice to the express provisions of art. 3 and art. 4 of the General Sales Terms and Conditions.
