Nomination Black Friday Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of Nomination Black Friday Promotion (hereinafter also “Promotion”) is Nomination Srl, with legal offices in via Fratelli Bandiera n. 22, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (Fi), Vat code n. IT05018590488.

2. The Promotion period is 22nd November to 29th November 2021 inclusive and is for adult customers (aged 18 years or over) of Nomination Srl. The Black Friday Promotion grants a 20% discount within the limitations and modalities described below.

3. The Nomination Black Friday Promotion is only available to qualifying customers (as better identified in point 2 of this regulation) who make a transaction, during the promotion period, in-store at participating Nomination Monobrand Stores, in-store at participating Nomination Multi-brand Retailers, online at www.nomination.com and online via participating Nomination Multi-brand Retailer e-commerce sites. You can check the applicability of the Promotion directly at the stores or websites of the Retailers participating in the Promotion. On the website  www.nomination.com , the discount is applied at the time of payment by entering the promotional code BFRIDAY21 within and not later than 29th November 2021.

4. The Nomination Black Friday Promotion is valid on all full price items of existing available stock in store or online at the time of purchase. Therefore the availability of stock variety and quantities may change very quickly. The products already on sale (whose price is already visibly discounted on the website www.nomination.com) and the Gift Cards are not included in the Nomination Black Friday Promotion.

5. The discount of 20% is applied at checkout when the consumer inserts the promo code BFRIDAY21. Such discount is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.

6. Shipping costs for items purchased at www.nomination.com with this promotion are free. 

7. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or loyalty programme unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. If a consumer wishes to return one or more item(s) purchased with this Promotion, the same rules set out in art. 9 of the General Sales Terms and Conditions ("right of termination") shall be in force.

9. Nomination Srl reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time, even during the period indicated in point 2 of these General Sales Terms and Conditions, as well as to refuse any promo code they deem invalid or fraudulent.

10. Nomination Srl also reserves the right to modify the information and prices of the items at any time without prejudice to the express provisions of art. 3 and art. 4 of the General Sales Terms and Conditions.
